About Peggy
Peggy is a lawyer in Robinson Gill’s police misconduct team with a specific focus on civil claims against Victoria Police.
Earlier in her career Peggy worked with the trade unions, before deciding to pursue her legal career with a clear goal in mind: to practice law in a way which produces a fair outcome for the people who need its protection.
Peggy co-authored an article with Jeremy King in 2020 for the Law Institute Journal, exploring the controversial laws surrounding the use, storage and disclosure of body cameras worn by Victoria Police.
Peggy grew up in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. While in Hong Kong, she completed a clerkship with a magic circle law firm. She also completed the legal internships with the Law Institute of Victoria and Victorian Legal Aid.
