The teenage son of a winery owner who lost his property in the Bunyip bushfires is in hospital after he was hurt during an altercation with a policeman.
Charlie Clarke, the son of Andrew Clarke, who owns Jinks Winery, was taken to Warragul hospital in a stable condition on Wednesday following a scuffle with a police officer on Tonimbuk Road about 4pm.
